Responsibilities
Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are sanitized regularly
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with health regulations
Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for service
Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment




Support overall kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas

Skills
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Previous experience working in a restaurant or hotel environment is highly desirable
Basic understanding of food handling and safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced setting
Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cleaning tools used in food service operations
