Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Vape Store Associate to join our retail team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selections, and ensuring an engaging shopping experience. Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vape products, accessories, and related merchandise
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers to enhance their shopping experience
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the store is clean and inviting
Provide knowledgeable advice on vaping devices, e-liquids, and accessories based on customer needs




Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store policies
Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and monitoring stock levels
Follow all safety protocols and store policies to ensure a secure shopping environment

Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
Prior 1 year of experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy retail setting
Knowledge of vaping products or willingness to learn about the industry
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility for shifts during store hours
A positive attitude, enthusiasm for sales, and a customer-focused approach

Pay: $17.60 per hour
