You'll deliver culturally secure, trauma-informed counseling and engage collaboratively with families to enhance wellness.

Your work will span individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and community education. A Master's degree and clinical experience working with youth are essential for this position. Key Responsibilities:
Provide culturally informed assessments and counseling
Develop individualized treatment and wellness strategies
Facilitate therapeutic groups and wellness initiatives
Coordinate with community and partner organizations
Document and track patient progress and outcomes Requirements:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
6 to 8 years experience providing therapy for youth
Registration with a recognized professional organization
Experience with Indigenous community engagement
