Painter - Minimum 2 Years of Experience

Based in Chilliwack, BC, Batzbuild is a well-established painting and renovation company known for quality craftsmanship and long-term customer relationships, with several team members who have been with us for years. We take pride in the work we do and in the people who help us do it well.

Batzbuild is looking for an experienced full time Painter with a minimum of 2 years of painting experience to join our team in Chilliwack. There's room to grow into a lead position as you build your experience with us, plus occasional out-of-town opportunities.

What you'll be doing:
Painting homes, townhomes, apartments, and agricultural buildings across residential and light commercial projects. Preparing surfaces for paint. Accurate, exact cutting and rolling. Airless spray painting trim. Providing guidance and support to newer painters on the team.

What you'll need:
A minimum of 2 years of painting experience. Brush, roll, and surface preparation experience.



Ability to work safely on ladders and man-lifts, with proper PPE use. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Proficiency in English.

Schedule & pay:
Full time position, typically 35–40 hours per week, with occasional weekends and overtime as project needs and timelines require. $28.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience, proven skills, and abilities. Extended health and dental benefits, plus bonus opportunities based on performance.
