Job Overview:

Commission based. Busy shop with lots of walk by traffic in well established shop in downtown Langford.

We are seeking a skilled Barber/Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to upsell salon products and services.

Responsibilities:
Provide hair cutting and styling services to clients
Offer consultations to determine clients' needs and preferences
Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
Maintain cleanliness and sanitize workstations and tools
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
Handle front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
Assist in retail sales of hair care products





Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist
Proficiency in a variety of hair styling techniques
Robust customer service skills
Ability to upsell salon products and services
Knowledge of front desk operations in a salon setting
Excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
