Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to students’ age, skill level, and learning objectives
Incorporate multimedia and technology tools to enhance classroom instruction and student engagement
Assess student progress regularly through assignments, tests, and interactive activities, providing constructive feedback
Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports students with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements




Collaborate with colleagues and parents to develop individualized learning plans and support student success
Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for lesson planning, record keeping, and communication with stakeholders

Skills
Proficiency in English language instruction with excellent writing and communication skills
Experience working with children and familiarity with early childhood education principles
Strong classroom management skills coupled with organizational and time management abilities
Effective teaching strategies for early learners and those requiring additional support or accommodations
Excellent organizational skills to plan lessons efficiently and track student progress
