Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Framer Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the structural framework of residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. Your expertise in reading blueprints, handling various hand and power tools, and working with heavy equipment will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Duties
Interpret and accurately follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to construct building frameworks.
Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components using hand tools and power tools
Operate heavy equipment such as cranes or forklifts safely to move materials on-site.
Conduct restoration work by repairing or replacing damaged framing or structural elements




Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety protocols at all times. Willingness to learn

Qualifications

experience in carpentry or construction work, with a solid focus on framing projects.
Ability to read blueprints
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, woodworking techniques
Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and working at heights.
Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills.
Construction experience that demonstrates safety awareness and teamwork orientation.

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
