Customer Experience Evaluator / Field Auditor – Grande Prairie

We are seeking reliable individuals to conduct field-based customer experience and market research evaluations at businesses in and around Grande Prairie.

Job Summary

Evaluators are provided with specific assignment instructions and evaluation criteria. Depending on the assignment, activities may include visiting a business location, observing customer service and store conditions, checking product availability or presentation, asking predetermined questions, making a purchase, asking questions, and documenting findings.

The information collected is used by businesses to assess customer experience, operational standards, product availability, and service quality.

Responsibilities
Complete assigned evaluations according to provided instructions
Record observations accurately and objectively
Submit detailed reports within the required timeframe
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Work independently and follow client-specific requirements

Compensation
Minimum 4 hours of paid time per completed assignment




Assignments generally require approximately 8–10 hours of work during the assigned week
$0.72/km mileage reimbursement for required travel
Assignments are intermittent and may not be available every week; additional assignments may be offered based on client requirements and availability
Assignments are intermittent and depend on client requirements and geographic availability

Requirements
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Smartphone with internet access
Solid attention to detail
Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete reports accurately
Reliable transportation to locations in and around Grande Prairie
Ability to work independently

Workers will receive the location, evaluation requirements, compensation, and deadline before accepting an assignment.

Assignments vary by location, client, and availability.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
