K2 Mart is hiring a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker!

We are looking for someone to help maintain our property, store surroundings, and facilities throughout the year.

Responsibilities include:
Grass cutting and general lawn maintenance on the site
Safely operating a tractor and other maintenance equipment
Snow removal during the winter season
Cleaning and maintaining fuel pumps and pump aisles
Deep cleaning and maintaining washrooms
Keeping the entire site clean, tidy, and well maintained
General cleaning and upkeep of the store, parking areas, and surrounding property
Removing litter and ensuring the site remains presentable and protected
Performing other general maintenance duties as required

Requirements:
Previous maintenance or property-care experience is an asset
Must know how to safely operate a tractor
Able to perform physically demanding indoor and outdoor work
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be available for seasonal work, including snow removal

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
