You Will
Assist Central Kitchen Manager by performing department administrative clerical work, including but not limited to data entry, paperwork handling and filin
Ensure daily orders from stores are processed and maintained
Prepare and maintain financials, statistics and reports for Central Kitchen Manager
Work as the key contact person for Central Kitchen department; provide guideline and assistance to staff members with inquiries
Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory control of ingredients and supplies as required
Assist the Central Kitchen department with packaging
Perform any other duties as required by the superior
You Should Have / Be
Have proficient knowledge in office administration with 1+ years of relevant experience.
Able to work in a low-temperature setting (approximately 4°C).
Robust verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an asset.
Able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Highly organized with solid attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

proactive, and "can-do" attitude with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong sense of urgency and accountability, with a proven ability to follow through and meet multiple deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work quality.
