Law firm in Richmond Hill hiring for a full time, experienced Real Estate Law Clerk with fluent CANTONESE LANGUAGE. This individual must possess outstanding organizational skills, work independently and be initiative in all tasks in order to meet deadlines. Description of job includes:
prepare documents for real estate purchase and sale transactions
coordinate appointments with clients
draft documents and letters using proper licensing templates
manage legal documentation and correspondence
knowledge of Teraview, Comveyancer and PCLaw
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
time management required to meet deadlines of sale/purchase transactions
must be fluent in English and Cantonese language
