Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, consistency, and flair, ensuring all food meets quality standards.
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, sanitation protocols, and safety guidelines.
Assist in meal preparation during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
Follow recipes and portion controls to minimize waste and optimize ingredient usage.




Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs.

Qualifications
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong foundation in food preparation and cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling and storing ingredients.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with serving guests and providing excellent customer service.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, sanitation standards, and basic meal preparation skills.
Robust teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff.
