We are seeking a professional and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and skincare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare services, including facials, waxing, and eyelash extension, pedicure manicure while creating a welcoming setting for clients. Duties
Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare products and treatments
Assist clients at the front desk with scheduling appointments, check-in, and check-out processes
Upsell retail products to enhance clients' skincare routines and meet their individual needs
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment areas according to health regulations




Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product offerings to provide expert advice
Manage retail sales efficiently while ensuring a positive client experience

Qualifications
Valid state Esthetician license required
Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Proven ability in retail sales and upselling techniques
Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and products
Experience working at the front desk or in a reception role is a plus
Ability to work well in a team workplace and maintain a professional appearance
Passion for skincare, beauty, and helping clients feel confident in their appearance

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
