Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business operations, reporting, and process improvement. The successful candidate will work with internal teams to analyze information, identify operational needs, and help improve day-to-day business processes.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Analyze business processes, operational data, and internal workflows
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documentation
Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Gather and document business requirements
Assist with project planning and operational initiatives
Maintain accurate records and support regular reporting
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general office software
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Previous business analysis or administrative experience is an asset

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
