Engage in outreach to expand job prospects
Facilitate impactful job matching for participants
Organize events to connect talent with employers
Oversee all stages of the employment process
Provide coaching for effective job searches Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of target-driven job development experience
Experience in adult coaching highly required
Relevant University Degree or equivalent
Robust time management and organizational skills
