Ranmar CNC Machining is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mill CNC Machinist to join our brilliant team. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace. The job responsibilities will be programming, setting, and operating the CNC Haas Milling machines to produce precision parts. Responsibilities
Make CNC Programming using Mastercam, Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and adherence to quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring tools such as digital calipers and micrometers.




Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area for enhanced product quality.
Follow all health and safety policies and WHMIS regulations.
All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience
Minimum 3 years experience of milling CNC setting up and operating.
Minimum 3 years of CNC programming
Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings is essential.
Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour

CNC Master cam programming: 3 years (required)
CNC Milling Setup: 3 years (required)
