Duties
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental tools, and ensuring all supplies are ready for procedures
Assist dentists during examinations and treatments by handing instruments, suctioning, and managing patient comfort
Take dental radiographs (X-rays)
Manage patient records with accuracy using dental software oryx documenting procedures and updates efficiently
Provide excellent customer service as a dental receptionist, greeting patients and scheduling appointments with professionalism




Support pediatric patients by creating a welcoming environment and explaining procedures in an age-appropriate manner
Maintain infection control standards by following strict sterilization protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements
Proven experience in dental assisting or related roles, with knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
Familiarity with dental practice management software such as oryx for record keeping and scheduling.
Basic understanding of orthodontics principles to assist with specialized treatments when needed
Knowledge of pediatrics to effectively communicate with young patients and their families
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide outstanding patient care

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 16.0 per week
