Duties
Provide qualified skincare services including facials, Eyebrows, and other esthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs
Perform a variety of hair styling services such as cuts, blowouts, coloring, and styling for both walk-in and appointment-based clients
Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly disinfecting tools, equipment, and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
Engage with clients through active communication to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable treatments or products
Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase salon revenue
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments,



greeting clients, processing payments, and maintaining accurate client records
Foster a positive client experience by delivering friendly customer service that encourages repeat visits and referrals

Experience
Proven experience as an esthetician or skin care specialist with a valid license in esthetics or cosmetology
Demonstrated expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling for diverse hair types
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their individual needs
Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to beauty services to ensure a secure environment for clients and staff
Experience in retail sales or upselling beauty products is preferred but not required
Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus, showcasing your ability to manage appointments and provide excellent service in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
