Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
Scan and bag items efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Answer customer questions and provide product information
Upsell products and promote special offers
Process returns and exchanges
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a qualified manner

Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills
Experience in technical sales or retail sales is a plus
Ability to upsell and promote products effectively
Proficient in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
Excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculating change
