Experienced Concrete Former — High-End Custom Homes

We're hiring experienced concrete formers for high-end custom home and large-scale residential projects. This is precision work on homes where the finish matters — we're looking for people who take pride in getting it right and have proven experience working in the high end custom world

What you'll do
Form footings, foundation walls, grade beams, and slabs on custom residential builds
Read and work from architectural and structural drawings
Set, brace, strip, and maintain forming systems
Work to tight tolerances on architectural and exposed concrete
Coordinate with site supervisors, rebar, and pour crews

What we're looking for
5+ years forming experience, residential and high end custom
Track record on high-end custom homes or large-scale residential
Robust layout, levelling,



and blueprint reading skills
Own hand tools, reliable transportation, valid ID
Safety-focused, shows up on time, works clean, works well with others
Someone who is comfortable taking plans and seeing what needs to be completed without babysitting
