We believe in satisfying customers through personal service by supplying the products they need. We are seeking additional sales representatives to support our customers' needs. Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in customers
Telephone inquiries
E-mail inquiries
Sourcing of non-stock products
Working together with fellow team members
Filling orders
Restocking shelves
General housekeeping

Qualifications:
Grade 12 high school diploma required; some post-secondary preferred
Two (2) years of recent related experience (e.g., counter sales, technical knowledge of electronics, and the electrical industry)
Proven customer service and support skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers
Proven ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Adaptive problem-solving skills and the ability to offer immediate solutions
Ability to work in a team environment
Well-developed organizational and multitasking abilities, particularly while working under pressure
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
Good depth of understanding of internet search engines.
Ability to operate related equipment
