We are seeking an experienced Senior Therapist to join our team and play a leadership role in clinical service delivery.

Job Overview
The Senior Therapist is responsible for delivering, overseeing ABA programming, supporting therapist development, ensuring treatment fidelity, and maintaining high clinical standards. This role blends direct clinical work with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Implement and oversee individualized ABA programs
Support behaviour plans and skill acquisition goals
Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity
Mentor and support junior therapists
Assist with staff training and onboarding
Maintain accurate data collection and documentation
Collaborate with supervising clinicians and families

Qualifications

Required:
3+ years experience in ABA therapy
Robust understanding of ABA principles
Experience implementing behaviour plans




Excellent communication and leadership skill

Collaboration
Work closely with BCBAs, R.B.A Clinical Supervisor/ Senior therapist/administrator
Communicate with families regarding progress and strategies
Participate in team meetings and case reviews

Preferred:
RBT / BCBA certification (or working toward BCBA)
Experience mentoring or supervising staff
Clinic/home-based experience

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
