One of our clients is a growing Canadian dental distributor serving dental practices across Canada. They are looking for an Inside Sales Representative / Relationship Manager to manage and grow an established portfolio of dental practice accounts.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales qualified who enjoys building customer relationships, generating sales, following up on opportunities, and taking ownership of a book of business.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow an established portfolio of dental practice accounts
Build relationships with practice owners, office managers, and decision-makers
Conduct proactive sales outreach by phone and email
Follow up on reorders, existing accounts, and sales opportunities
Handle inbound orders and identify opportunities to increase sales
Introduce new products and provide competitive quotes
Close sales and develop long-term customer relationships
Reactivate inactive accounts and develop new business
Negotiate pricing within approved margins
Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams regarding inventory, backorders, and deliveries
Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and follow-ups in the CRM




Track customer and market feedback and communicate trends to leadership
Meet daily and weekly sales and activity targets

Qualifications
1–2+ years of inside sales, phone-based sales, or customer account experience
Proven sales results with measurable achievements
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident and qualified telephone manner
Persistent and comfortable with follow-up and handling rejection
Strong organization and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Experience using CRM software and general business tools
Solid written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Experience
Dental, medical, or veterinary distribution experience
Dental clinical background such as dental assisting, hygiene, or sterilization
Existing relationships within the Ontario dental community
Additional languages commonly spoken across the GTA
Experience with data-driven sales and account-prioritization tools
HubSpot CRM or structured sales outreach platforms

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
