CONFIDENTIAL RECRUITMENT – MONCTON, NB
An established employer in the Moncton area is seeking a dependable and organized individual to join their team in a full time Shipping and Receiving position.
This is a hands-on role that combines shipping and receiving, inventory management, order processing, and general parts support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace, and takes pride in keeping inventory, documentation, and work areas accurate and well organized.

The Role:
Receiving & Inventory Management
Inspect incoming shipments for damage prior to unloading.
Load and unload freight carriers as required.
Report any damage, shortages, or discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
Verify received products against purchase orders and packing slips.
Receive inventory accurately within the Fusion business system.
Ensure product costs are entered and validated correctly.
Notify customers when ordered products have arrived.
Forward pick tickets to the Service Department to advise of product arrivals.
Store inventory in designated bin locations.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
Prepare and process internal stock transfers.
Prepare warranty returns, including shipping documents, customs paperwork, brokerage documents, and manifests.
Process and ship monthly core and parts returns.
Ensure all required documentation is accurate and submitted to Head Office in a timely manner.
Housekeeping & Safety
Keep shipping and receiving areas clean, organized, and safe.
Remove snow and ice from shipping door areas as required.
Complete daily forklift safety inspections and maintain inspection records.
Ensure all parts storage areas are clean and well organized.
Maintain showroom shelves in a clean, fully stocked, and presentable condition.
Additional Responsibilities
Refill customer units with DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) and process invoicing as required.
Prepare and distribute inter-company mail in accordance with schedules established by the Parts Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned.
