Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common spaces, and hallways
Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for residents or guests
Handle waste disposal efficiently and responsibly in accordance with safety standards
Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to supervisors for timely resolution




Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to achieve high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

Skills
Proven custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety practices
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery
Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and products to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Positive communication skills for reporting issues or requesting supplies when needed
