Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pet Groomer to join our team at our pet care facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and a keen eye for detail, ensuring each pet receives exceptional grooming services. This role offers an chance to work in a friendly, professional workplace where customer satisfaction and animal well-being are our top priorities. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and be comfortable with physical tasks, including heavy lifting, to handle pets and grooming equipment effectively.

Duties
Perform grooming services such as bathing, trimming, clipping, and styling according to client specifications and breed standards
Assess each pet’s health and behavior to ensure safe grooming procedures
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools and work area
Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about grooming needs and aftercare instructions
Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely service delivery




Handle pets gently and securely during grooming sessions to ensure their safety and comfort
Keep detailed records of grooming services provided and any special instructions or concerns

Experience
Prior experience in pet grooming or related animal care fields is preferred
Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners and address their needs
Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling larger animals or equipment safely and comfortably
Passion for animals with a caring, patient demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining high-quality standards
