Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Cashier to join our team at Spirit Halloween. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. This role requires solid communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support as needed.
Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing checkout area through effective merchandising.
Address customer inquiries with professionalism and provide solutions to any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash handling and customer service standards.





Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and phone etiquette.
Proficiency in basic math for accurate transaction processing.
Experience in retail sales, technology sales, or cashiering preferred.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently.
Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace.
