Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our agile kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas and ensuring that all food safety and handling standards are met.

Duties
Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Ensure the quality of ingredients used in pizza preparation, including dough, sauces, and toppings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices at all times.
Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Help train new kitchen staff on pizza preparation techniques and food safety standards.

Qualifications




Previous experience in making hand streched pizzas is must
Knowledge of food handling and food safety regulations is essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
Flexibility to work various shifts, evenings and weekends as required.
