Duties
Safely operate heavy-duty trucks to transport goods over designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and load security
Load and unload cargo with proper lifting techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary
Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including logs, manifests, and delivery receipts
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and warehouse teams to coordinate pickups and deliveries
Ensure cargo is secured properly to prevent damage during transit




Follow all company policies and safety procedures to promote a safe working environment

Requirements
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for heavy trucks
Proven experience driving large trucks or similar vehicles in various weather conditions
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of loading or unloading cargo
Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and route planning
Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with team members and clients
Physical stamina to handle long hours on the road and perform manual tasks as needed
A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, punctuality, and customer service

Pay: $47,316.16-$137,813.32 per year
