Duties
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the concession stand, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Manage a team of concession workers, providing guidance and support
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in the concession area
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions and cash handling
Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability

Qualifications
Previous experience in a leadership role,



preferably in a hospitality or food service setting
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team
Proficient in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience in interviewing and hiring staff
