Duties
Assist licensed mechanics with repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance of heavy machinery, including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm equipment
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing tools, and gathering necessary parts and supplies for repair tasks
Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics to support mechanical repairs and assembly processes
Perform heavy lifting and assist with the movement of industrial equipment using appropriate safety procedures
Support the inspection of machinery for wear and tear,



ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational guidelines
Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities for documentation purposes
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or other industrial machinery under supervision when required

Skills
Prior experience in dealership settings or with heavy equipment is highly desirable
Robust mechanical knowledge across various systems including HVAC, electrical components, and automotive repair
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics reading, and basic welding techniques
Experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, or other industrial equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a physically demanding environment
Familiarity with maintenance procedures for farm machinery or construction equipment
Excellent customer service skills to support team collaboration and client interactions when needed

Pay: $35,360.00-$47,840.00 per year
