We are seeking experienced flat roofers (MINIMUM 5YRS EXPERIENCE) to join our agile team, specializing in the installation, repair, and maintenance of flat roofs on commercial and industrial buildings. Duties
Install and repair commercial flat roofing systems
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower
Maintain exceptional workmanship and safety standards

Skills
Minimum 5 yrs experience in Flat Roofing
Extensive experience with:
Modified Bitumen
TPO
EPDM
Built-Up (4-Ply) Roofing Systems
Strong work ethic and reliability
Valid driver's licence with reliable transportation
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather




Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in roofing and construction work
Solid construction experience with a focus on flat roof systems for commercial or industrial buildings
Strong carpentry skills for framing, trimming, and structural adjustments as needed
Ability to read blueprints accurately and translate plans into accurate on-site execution
Experience with caulking techniques for sealing joints and preventing leaks
Physical strength for heavy lifting tasks required during material handling and installation processes
Handyman experience that demonstrates versatility across various building trades is a plus

Pay: $22.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
