Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in residential recent construction single and multi family homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional cleaning services.

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, removal of contruction debris, sawdust, paint overspray.
Maintain cleanliness in facilities by ensuring that all areas are free of debris and clutter.
Execute residential cleaning tasks as needed, adhering to established protocols and safety standards.
Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in the facilities to the appropriate personnel.
Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.




Utilize proper cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety guidelines.

Experience
Previous experience in facilities maintenance or current construction cleaning is preferred but not required.
Robust attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Reliable personal transportation with a valid drivers license and the ability to get to various sites in one shift when needed.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
