Our Beauty Co. family is growing and we are looking for a Part time Hair Stylist primarily for Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays. This Part Time role is ideal for someone who loves creating beautiful blowouts and polished styles for wedding and special events. Experience in cut and colour is an asset, but not required.

Our studio is in North Vancouver located on Lower Lonsdale. We have a great reputation and are seeking another talented Hair Stylist to keep up with our demand. The studio has a wonderful team atmosphere and everyone is passionate and driven for success. We have increasing potential for walk-in clients as well as overflow of our existing clientele.

Pay Structure: Hourly or Commission structure pay would be available for this position. Plus commission on product sales + gratuities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide blowouts, curls, updos and special-event hairstyling
Deliver friendly, professional client consultations and service
Build client relationships and encourage rebooking and retail sales
Keep your station clean, organized and fully stocked
Participate in company-provided education and training
Bring and maintain your own qualified hairstyling tools





QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years of professional hairstyling experience preferred
Confident creating polished blowouts and special event styles
Hairstyling certification is an asset but not required
Reliable, qualified and comfortable working in a busy environment
Strong communication and time-management skills
Available Fridays, Saturday & Sunday
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Professional portfolio or Instagram showcasing your work is preferred
