We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
Lead safety training sessions for new hires and ongoing development programs for existing staff to promote awareness and adherence to safety practices.
Investigate incidents, accidents, or near-misses to determine root causes and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with management and employees to foster a culture of safety, accountability,



and continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance.
Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and industry best practices related to manufacturing safety standards.

Qualifications
Proven experience in Class 1 driving.
Prior experience in training & development, with the ability to design engaging safety programs for diverse teams.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental health standards, and industry-specific safety guidelines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train, motivate, and influence employees at all levels.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for recordkeeping and reporting purposes.
Ability to analyze situations critically, identify hazards, and implement effective solutions.

This position plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe working environment while supporting our commitment to operational excellence through effective training and compliance management.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
