Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to support our team in maintaining and enhancing our agricultural and landscaping operations. This role involves hands-on work across various tasks including equipment operation, maintenance, and site preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn new skills in a agile setting.

Duties
Operate farm machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently for planting, harvesting, and maintenance tasks
Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and upkeep to ensure optimal water distribution
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning and safety standards
Perform heavy lifting of materials, plants, or equipment as required for project completion
Support horticultural activities such as planting, pruning, mulching, and landscape enhancement
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
Assist with site preparation for new projects or seasonal changes in operations
Use basic math skills for measurements, calculations,



and record keeping related to daily tasks

Qualifications
Prior experience with irrigation systems, horticulture practices, or farm machinery is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Mechanical knowledge or experience with maintenance of equipment is a plus
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in outdoor conditions for extended periods
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to job tasks
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
Willingness to learn recent skills and adapt to various operational needs
