Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Oakville, ON. As a Production Worker, you will support daily production by preparing materials, handling metal powders, cleaning and finishing parts, maintaining records, and helping keep workflow moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Prepare, sieve, weigh, and stage metal powders and production materials according to work instructions.
Maintain accurate material handling, traceability, and consumption records.
Perform blasting, surface preparation, washing, cleaning, and finishing of parts to meet specifications.
Inspect parts for visible defects, damage, or contamination and report concerns to leadership.
Load, unload, lift, and move parts, fixtures, and consumables to support production flow.
Assist with general production tasks, including wire cutting and part marking once trained and qualified.

Compensation and Advantages
Pay rate: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
