Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and productive Server to join our agile restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate orders using POS systems, and relay them to kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed at all time
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours




Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
Basic math skills for cashiering and billing purposes
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Valuable communication skills and a qualified appearance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
