Marugame Udon is a rapid-growing Japanese restaurant brand known for freshly made udon noodles and tempura. We are looking for energetic, friendly Team Members who enjoy working in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests with friendly, efficient service
Prepare food items including udon, tempura, and toppings
Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and prep areas
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures,



and proper food handling techniques is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
Experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, or kitchen operations is beneficial
Ability to manage time efficiently in a rapid-paced environment and demonstrate excellent teamwork skills
