Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Hours Remote

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst V to join our client's analytics and insights team. This role focuses on identifying, designing, and implementing AI, automation, and analytics solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate will be passionate about emerging AI technologies, automation, data analytics, and delivering actionable insights while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and assess AI, automation, and analytics opportunities.

• Design, prototype, test, and implement solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and other approved technologies.

• Translate business requirements and manual processes into AI-enabled agents, automated workflows, and decision-support solutions.

• Conduct process and data exploration to evaluate feasibility, data readiness, integration requirements, risks, controls, and business value.

• Independently manage initiatives from requirements gathering through solution design, testing, documentation, implementation, and user adoption.

• Provide data analysis and actionable insights to support ongoing and ad hoc business needs.

• Collaborate with business and control partners to ensure compliance with AI, data, risk, privacy, and governance standards.

• Develop reusable solution frameworks and documentation to support scalable AI and automation adoption.





• Engage with internal stakeholders and effectively manage expectations while delivering high-quality solutions.

Experience:

• Must have 5-7 years of overall experience in data analytics, insights, automation, or related fields.

• Must have strong experience with Python, SQL, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Must have hands-on experience with AI automation solutions.

• Must have experience implementing Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions.

• Must have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Must have experience working within analytics and insights functions.

• Experience working in a financial institution is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.

Education: Post-secondary education required (any discipline).
