What You’ll Do

As a Production Team Member, you’ll work closely with other skilled team members to build and assemble top-quality door and window products. You’ll be using your hands, your tools, and your problem-solving skills every day in a role that’s both challenging and rewarding.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Assembling door and window components using hand and power tools
Building frames and structures to specification
Operating equipment to cut, machine, and fabricate parts
Inspecting finished products for accuracy and quality
Operating forklifts and supporting warehouse organization as needed

What We’re Looking For
Comfort and skill using power tools and hand tools




A mechanical mindset—experience with framing or fabrication is a plus
Forklift experience is an asset (but we can train the right person)
High attention to detail and strong work ethic
A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a close-knit, hardworking team
