Overview

This Position is In-Person, based in our Edmonton office.

We are seeking a Support and Implementation Specialist focused primarily on recent client onboarding and training. In this role, you will help customers get up and running with our software, guide them through best practices, and ensure a smooth transition from launch to regular use.

You will also work closely with our development and design teams, providing feedback from customers, assisting with feature rollouts, and helping shape improvements to the product.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, understanding how users interact with software, and influencing how products evolve.

Duties
Lead recent client onboarding, including account setup, configuration, and initial use
Deliver training sessions for new customers via calls, screen sharing, and documentation
Create and improve onboarding materials, guides, and training resources
Act as a point of contact for early-stage customer questions during rollout
Collect and communicate customer feedback to development and design teams
Assist with testing, documenting, and launching new features




Help validate workflows and usability during feature development
Handle limited ongoing support requests, prioritizing onboarding and training needs
Document customer interactions, onboarding progress, and feedback in internal systems

Qualifications
Experience in software onboarding, training, customer success, or implementation roles
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
Strong ability to explain software workflows to non-technical users
Comfortable working directly with customers during initial setup and adoption
Familiarity with ticketing or customer tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, or similar)
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $4,000.00-$4,500.00 per month
