Casual General Contractor / Handyman – Contract Work

We are looking for a reliable, skilled General Contractor / Handyman to assist with ongoing maintenance and repair work across our residential properties.

Our company manages 100+ doors, and we are looking for someone who can take on jobs on a casual, as-needed basis. This is a great chance for an experienced contractor who wants versatile work and a steady source of smaller projects.

Scope of Work May Include:
Countertop installation
Tile installation and repairs
Painting and touch-ups
Drywall repairs and patching
General carpentry
Door, trim, and hardware repairs
Turnover and move-out repairs
Other general property maintenance as required

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience in residential repairs and maintenance
Is comfortable working independently
Takes pride in quality workmanship
Is reliable, professional, and responsive
Has their own basic tools and transportation




Can provide references and/or examples of previous work
Is able to provide a explicit invoice for completed work
