Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling cabinets with precision and efficiency, utilizing a variety of hand and power tools. This role requires attention to detail, solid craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. The Cabinet Assembler plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality products that meet client specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate construction of cabinets.
Assemble cabinet components using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
Measure and cut materials precisely for fitting and assembly purposes.
Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure standards are met.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
Assist with other related tasks such as sanding, finishing, or minor repairs as needed.





Qualifications
Proven experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or related construction fields such as carpentry or masonry.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment.
Knowledge of construction processes including framing, restoration, flooring installation, tile laying, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical work, or concrete forming is a plus.
Solid attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills.
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
Prior experience with CNC machinery or construction estimating is advantageous but not required.
Handyman experience or background in manufacturing is beneficial.
