Job Description outline includes responsibilities such as.
Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including but not limited to; Oil changes, tire rotations/replacement, fluid flushes, air conditioner re-charges, alignments, battery installations, and headlight/taillight installations
Maintain a working knowledge of manufactures campaign / recalls, technical bulletins, and warranty process
Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers' problems and provide accurate repair recommendations
Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify soundness
Maintain legible and accurate summaries of work performed for the customer, the warranty department, and for our internal records.
Clean and maintain the work workplace to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
Stay up to date with Manufactures / Dealership ongoing training
Out of province certification would be considered an asset.
