Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and organizing materials to ensure smooth workflow
Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, supplies, and equipment as needed
Perform general manual labour such as using tools to cut holes, lay floor protection
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to uphold safety standards
Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately
Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision, including power tools

Qualifications




Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Robust work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Prior experience in construction is a plus but not required
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work workplace
Valid driver’s license or certification in operating machinery is advantageous but not mandatory
