Applicants - Server are responsible for providing excellent customer service and dining experiences for customers at the restaurant. They seat customers, take food and drink orders, and deliver food to the customer. Employees will be responsible for opening and closing duties for the restaurant. Duties include:
Greeting customers upon arrival at the restaurant
Providing excellent customer service during their dining experience
Providing suggestions for food or drink choices to diners
Taking feedback from diners
Cleaning tables and preparing spaces for future diners
Carrying drinks and food from the kitchen or bar area to the tables
Memorizing the food menu and wine list as well as any nightly specials
Setting tables throughout the shift
Cleaning, sweeping, and mopping

Applicants - Kitchen staffs are responsible for cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment, assists in basic food preparation, and with receiving and storing products in kitchens, restaurants, clubs. Have knowledge of general kitchen operations and of general food storage guidelines. This position gives kitchen helpers the prospect to learn about kitchen and restaurant operations and the chance to work with and learn from chefs.

Demonstrated interest in food preparation and kitchen operations

Knowledge of the products, cooking, and industry in general.
Secondary school diploma is preferred
Courses in first aid, Foodsafe and handling of workplace hazardous materials are assets
Ability to lift and carry heavy items properly
Applicants - Server must have Serving It Right (SIR) Certification and Applicants - Kitchen helper must have Food Protected certificate , a good attitude, and the ability to work as a team and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.20 per hour
