We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Casual Early Childhood Educators (ECE/ECEA) to join our vibrant team as casual on-call. Responsibilities
Support the daily activities and routines of children in accordance with approved curriculum and developmental goals
Foster a safe, welcoming, and stimulating setting that encourages exploration and learning
Assist with classroom management, including organizing materials and maintaining cleanliness
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to promote a collaborative atmosphere
Implement inclusive practices that accommodate children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements




Support children’s social-emotional development through positive guidance and encouragement
Document observations and progress notes to inform ongoing planning and reporting

Requirements
Valid certification as an Early Childhood Educator (ECE or ECEA)
Child Care First Aid
Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings
Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Experience working with children with diverse needs is highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with children, families, and colleagues
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
