We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. If you have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Perform night audit duties efficiently and accurately
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
Manage phone inquiries and reservations with professionalism
Ensure the front desk is organized and presentable
Process payments and maintain financial records
Address guest concerns and issues promptly and effectively
Night shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM, 5 days a week.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred




Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Proficiency in phone systems and front desk operations
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse guests
