Refined Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to produce finish grade for concrete slabs, as well as conduct a variety of other job tasks such as; site grading, backfill and loading trucks, among other tasks.
Duties
Backfill Foundation Walls
Grade and prep garages, driveways & patios for concrete
Operating equipment in a safe and productive manner
Conducting Pre-operational checks of equipment
Lubrication and basic daily maintenance
Adhering to all company and legislative safety requirements
Assist ground crew with labour duties as necessary
Skills
Proficient in heavy equipment operation, specifically skid steer loaders.
Ability to dig, build, and grade effectively using heavy machinery.
Commercial driving experience is a plus for transporting equipment to job sites.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
Experience interpreting blueprints & grades is an asset
Experience
A minimum of 1 year experience will be required for this position. Anything less will not be considered
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 70.0 per week
